While Wildly Africa endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this site, neither Wildly Africa nor any of its employees, agents, and associates make any representations or warranties, whether expressly, tacitly, or implied, regarding the operation of the site and the information, content, materials, and products available on it. Wildly Africa, its employees, agents, and associates shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Applicable Law

This site is created, maintained, and controlled in the Republic of South Africa.

The laws of the Republic of South Africa and the jurisdiction of the South African Court govern this user agreement.

Change to User Agreement

Wildly Africa reserves the right to make changes to this site and the user agreement at any time without notice.

Booking Terms and Conditions

To confirm reservations, Wildly Africa requires 50% of the total tour amount at the time of booking. Failure to make the required payments will result in automatic reservation cancellation.

The balance of payment is due 60 days before the itinerary’s commencement date. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full prepayment at the time of confirmation.

Please note that foreign currency quotations, settled by credit card, will be converted to South African Rand on the transaction day, with any resulting differences or bank charges for the client’s account.

We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. A surcharge for credit card payments will be charged.

Our Standard Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 180 days or less, prior to tour commencement date: 50% of total tour cost is forfeited.

Cancellation 60 days or less prior to tour commencement date: 100% of total tour cost is forfeited

Travel Insurance

Clients are advised to subscribe to travel insurance covering cancellations or medical emergencies.

Price Increase

Quotations and Confirmation Documents by Wildly Africa are based on external supplier costs. Any applicable cost increases will be the client’s responsibility and payable to Wildly Africa or as instructed.

Passports, Visas, and Children

Travelers to Southern Africa must have at least two consecutive blank pages in their passport per country visited. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months after the intended length of stay. Wildly Africa accepts no responsibility forensuring the suitability or validity of the required travel documentation. All documents are solely the responsibility of the client and/or their agent. It is essential to check visa requirements with relevant embassies/consulates. Parents traveling with children without the other parent must have a certified letter of consent from the absent parent, verified by the police.
